Set-Up Charges:  Add $35.00 per color/per side.  Reorder set-up charge add $12.50 per color/per side

Additional Colors:  Add $0.20 per unit per color/per side

Optional pop-off disks: 
 Add $0.10 per unit for blank disks.  D101:
 Add $0.20 per unit plus an additional $35.00 set-up for imprinted disks. MPC101:
 Add $0.20 per unit plus and additional $35.00 set-up per each imprint position, either inside or outer ring.

Additional Colors For disks:  Ad  $0.10 per unit plus additional set-up for each additional color

Other options: Add $0.10 per unit for disk insertion
