There is a $35.00 set up fee on each
customized
design/logo*, unless otherwise stated at the time order is placed.
This is a one time fee. All designs and logos are kept on file for
future use. |

| Out of Stock Items: |
In the event that you order an out of stock item, you will be notified as quickly as possible. |

| Proof Approval: |
Text/artwork/layout proofs will be faxed, mailed or emailed to the customer for approval. All proofs must be approved before an order will be processed. |

| Expedite/RUSH Fee: |
RUSH FEES will apply to orders
for awards, gift items or glassware requested to be processed in less than 72
hours. |

|
Pricing: |
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors we may have posted on our website. |

| Order Acceptance: |
Orders are considered "accepted" when your signed art work/quote is received back. Signature approval is accepted via fax, mail or email. |

| Cancellations: |
All orders are considered firm. Because all orders are PERSONALIZED items, once we receive your approval to process, the items are created - just for you!! We can't resell them. |

Shipping:  |
(1) Orders from within VIRGINIA are
to be picked up by the customer, unless shipping is requested.

| Claims: |
Title to goods passes to purchaser at FOB (freight on board) point and all recourse for damaged goods rests with the carrier and not King Custom Inc. In the unlikely event of breakage or damage on receipt, you must file a claim with the carrier. Be sure to save all cartons and contents, and notify the carrier immediately for a prompt inspection. It's possible that if you discard package cartons or damaged contents your claim will not be honored. |
