Take interstate 64 west to exit 94, Waynesboro-Stuarts Draft exit. At the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Rt. 340  Stay on this road approx. 5 miles - you will need to turn right at the intersection of Rt. 340 and Rt. 608 (Tinkling Springs Rd.)  We are 2573 Tinkling Springs Road - brown building on the left just after Community Bank



From Harrisonburg, VA
Take interstate 81 South to the I64 East Exit, stay on 64E to exit 91. At the end of the exit ramp take a right onto Rt. 608  Stay on this road approx. 5 miles.  As you are coming down a hill and can see a set of traffic lights... LOOK to your right.  We are in the Brown Cedar Sided building BEFORE the traffic light, just before Community Bank.  2573 Tinkling Springs Road



From Roanoke, VA
Take Interstate 81 North to exit 213.  Take a right at the end of the ramp. At the traffic light take a left onto Route 340.  Go approx. Five miles
 - you will need to turn left at the intersection of Rt. 340 and Rt. 608 (Tinkling Springs Rd.)  We are 2573 Tinkling Springs Road - brown building on the left just after Community Bank

Minimum Order:

Minimum Order quantities only apply to promotional products.
The
re is no minimum order on engraved, personalized or award items.

Set up Charge:

There is a $35.00 set up fee on each customized design/logo*, unless otherwise stated at the time order is placed.  This is a one time fee.  All designs and logos are kept on file for future use.
* A customized design/logo is defined as one that we do not have on file and would require scanning, typesetting, artwork or setup.  For example:  company logos, family crests, emblems, photographs. PROVIDE YOUR design/logo electronically and avoid this additional charge.

Out of Stock Items:

In the event that you order an out of stock item, you will be notified as quickly as possible. 

Proof Approval:

Text/artwork/layout proofs will be faxed, mailed or emailed to the customer for approval.  All proofs must be approved before an order will be processed.

Expedite/RUSH Fee:

RUSH FEES will apply to orders for awards, gift items or glassware requested to be processed in less than 72 hours.
RUSH FEES may apply to engraved stone orders requested to be processed in less than 7 business days, depending on the order size and quantity.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors we may have posted on our website.

Order Acceptance:

Orders are considered "accepted" when your signed art work/quote is received back. Signature approval is accepted via fax, mail or email.

Cancellations:

All orders are considered firm. Because all orders are PERSONALIZED items, once we receive your approval to process, the items are created - just for you!! We can't resell them.


Shipping:


(1) Orders from within VIRGINIA are to be picked up by the customer, unless shipping is requested.
(2) A Packaging/Handling fee will be applied to all shipped orders.
(3) UPS shipping will be used for orders with a single package weight under 150 pounds* - including 3rd day, 2nd day and Overnight delivery.
(4) All freight, packaging and delivery charges will be paid by the customer.     

* If single package item weighs more than 50 lbs, a crate is required. Crate Fee $35 additional charge. If crated item weighs less than 150lb, UPS shipping. If more than 150lbs, Common carrier transport. Additional charges apply.

Claims:

Title to goods passes to purchaser at FOB (freight on board) point and all recourse for damaged goods rests with the carrier and not King Custom Inc.  In the unlikely event of breakage or damage on receipt, you must file a claim with the carrier. Be sure to save all cartons and contents, and notify the carrier immediately for a prompt inspection. It's possible that if you discard package cartons or damaged contents your claim will not be honored. 


Payment:


Cash, Check or major Credit Card is required for payment.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards accepted.
Payment method is verified before production begins.
PayPal payments are also accepted.
Orders will be paid for at the time of pickup by VIRGINIA customers.
Shipped orders will be prepaid by customer.
A 1/3 deposit is required on all orders over $100.00 unless otherwise quoted.
